Even though we have kept our Annual Dues at $20 per adult, we are still able to accomplish many projects that improve our community. Some of those accomplishments are:

• Removal of tenants who opperated an illegal business at 4652 Riverwood Circle
• Removal of tenants who opperated an Auto Mechanic Shop at 4483 Riverwood Circle
• Worked with GA Power to improve the lighting at the corner of Wesley Chapel and Riverwood Circle
• Removed furniture from the curb at 4652 Riverwood Circle
• Cut overgrown lawn at 2180 Riverbrook Road
• Gardening and Yardwork at all three enterances to the Communities
• Painting of Community Signs
• Decorate of Community Entrances for the Holidays
• Yard of the Month (April – October)
